Are you a top-performing sales professional with proven success in senior living? Do you have a history of success selling technology solutions greater than $500K to multi-community organizations?


Come join our fast-growing team and put your expertise to work selling a cutting-edge technology solution that is transforming how senior living operators engage residents and families. 


This is an active selling role, focused on opening up new business within the senior living industry and independently working deals to closure. You will be expected to set up initial meetings with C-level executives at 50-60 accounts.

What You'll Do

  • Drive new sales at owner/operator targets in support of overall company revenue goals.
  • Successfully introduce and position Caavo’s value proposition at various levels of prospect organizations, with a focus on cultivating executive and C-level relationships. 
  • Proactively identify new opportunities and conduct outbound prospecting activity to develop and maintain a strong rolling pipeline. 
  • Drive end-to-end customer acquisition process, from initial pitch to qualification, pricing, diligence, negotiations, and contracting.
  • Support development of a sales enablement portfolio, including tools and processes.
  • Maintain up-to-date, detailed customer knowledge and industry data.
  • Update all sales activity and pipeline status in the CRM system.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven senior living sales experience selling technology projects greater than $500K
  • Demonstrable understanding of senior living ownership and decision-making processes
  • Ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from demo to close
  • Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of a technology solution
  • Excellent listening, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Ability and willingness to travel as needed to achieve sales goals including business meetings and industry events as required
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent
