Caavo

Senior Living Brand Evangelist

Remote (U.S.) • Marketing • Full-Time

Technology is transforming the senior living industry and Caavo’s innovative TV-based communication and control platform is poised to help operators deliver high-quality care more efficiently and effectively.

As our Brand Evangelist, you will be an external face (and voice) for the Caavo brand within the senior living industry and serve as a critical liaison between Caavo and a variety of industry stakeholders.

You’ll help tell Caavo’s story to senior living operators and influencers alike. Educating decision makers on new trends, challenges and opportunities and empowering them to embrace new technology. You’ll also be an advocate for staff, seniors and families, providing critical feedback to help ensure our products make life easier for all.

What You'll Do

  • Share our vision: Caavo is new to the senior living industry. You’ll be focused on introducing the brand, building credibility, and establishing us as a thought leader in the industry.

  • Educate & Network: You’ll spend much of your time in the field educating decision-makers on new trends, challenges and opportunities aligned with Caavo’s brand vision. Whether you’re networking with potential customers, presenting at conferences, conducting workshops, or making connections via social media, you’re a genius at building relationships with a variety of stakeholders.

  • Take the Stage: You’ll gain industry recognition and credibility as a regular panelist and speaker at senior living industry conferences and events. You’re comfortable presenting to large and small audiences, in-person and online, including webinars, podcasts, community visits, online discussions, and more.

  • Collaborate: You’re a vital set of eyes, ears and boots on the ground for the company and will regularly report back information from the field to inform product roadmaps, marketing, positioning and content strategy.

  • Listen: You’re closely tuned in to the latest industry trends and technologies. You have the keen ability to recognize (and record) any slight changes in the industry and understand their potential for longer-term impact.

  • Support sales: While you won’t be responsible for direct sales, you’ll play an important role in supporting our sales efforts and generating new potential prospects. You also may occasionally be called upon to help demonstrate our solution and answer questions.
